LyfePath Codes for Urns

LyfePath Codes are a scannable code that can be installed on any type of surface quickly and easily. Scan the QR code and instantly be taken to a LyfePage.  From there, you able to see the story of your loved one’s life. You can read their obituary, find relatives, share pictures, videos, stories, and more. LyfePaths are specifically designed for giving you the ability to remember your loved one and always have a place to visit your most precious memories. (This is not an urn. Orders are scaled to the size you need to fit the urn. The Code is 1 in X 1 in square. Additional information and pictures will require more surface area. An urn is not included.)

A Smart phone will be required for the QR code to work. For Apple Users: Open your camera to scan the code. For Other Device Users: You will need to download a QR Code Scanner to scan the code. Open the QR Code Scanner to scan the code.
